About Us
Based in Southern Adelaide, Person-First is dedicated to bringing value and meaningful
solutions to our clients. With 35 years of experience living with a disability, our founder Rian
is passionate about accessibility, inclusion, and equity. Person-First offers a range of
services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, from empowering individuals with
disabilities to achieve increased independence and quality of life, to providing training and
policy development, and assisting businesses and organisations in navigating the
complexities of supporting people with disabilities in a dignified and effective manner.
